End a session
Disconnect from a computer, what happens to transfers and recordings, and the short feedback question afterwards.
- Click Disconnect on the toolbar, or close the window. Either ends the session.
- From the main window: the Connected hosts tab lists every computer you are viewing - click the × on a row to disconnect it.
- If a file transfer is running, ScreenSharePRO asks first; disconnecting cancels it.
- A recording in progress is finished and saved.
"How was this session?"
- Rate the connection from 1 (unusable) to 5 (perfect).
- Optionally say what was slow, frozen or blurry.
- Tick to send this session's connection logs. They include your computer and user name, the session code and network addresses - never your screen, files or passwords.
- Don't ask again turns these questions off.
Note: It appears at most once a week, after a session of two minutes or more, and always after one that ended unexpectedly. Turn it off with Settings → General → Ask for feedback after sessions.
