How we deliver easy deployment

Two ways to install

The self-elevating EXE bundle handles setup interactively, prompting for elevation as needed. For unattended rollouts, the MSI supports a silent install so you can push it with the tools you already use.

  • Self-elevating EXE for interactive setup
  • MSI for silent, unattended install
  • Both install the same Windows client

Optional SYSTEM session agent

For UAC and secure-desktop control, ScreenSharePRO can install an optional Windows service that runs a SYSTEM-level session agent. It lets the viewer see and control the host through UAC consent prompts and the Windows secure desktop.

  • Optional Windows service + SYSTEM session agent
  • Sees and controls the UAC / secure desktop
  • Installed alongside the client when enabled

Simple to connect

Connections are negotiated peer-to-peer over WebRTC, so you don't need inbound firewall rules or a VPN to get a session going. The client also recovers automatically after a network change.

  • No inbound firewall rules required
  • Peer-to-peer WebRTC connection
  • Automatic reconnect after a network change
FAQ

Questions about easy deployment

How do I install ScreenSharePRO?
On Windows, run the self-elevating EXE installer for an interactive setup, or use the MSI for a silent, unattended install. There's also a web client that needs no install at all.
Can I install it silently across several machines?
Yes. The MSI supports a silent, unattended install, so you can push it with your usual deployment approach.
Do I need to change my firewall or VPN?
Usually not. Connections are negotiated peer-to-peer over WebRTC without inbound firewall rules, and the client reconnects automatically after a network change.
